Let's read on.
My personal example of positive envisioning is about my dream to have a car. As you guys know, to own a car in Singapore is an extremely expensive process, and I thought initially it was an impossible dream given my tight financial situation. However, I stumbled upon a video seminar by John Gray which discussed about the power of your sub-conscious mind. I was motivated by what he talked about the power of positive envisioning and that one should have faith in the power of the mind.
That night itself, I pasted a picture of a car right on my bedroom ceiling. I stared at it every night subsequently and began to imagine the joy of owning my own car and of course the convenience that comes with it. I did this for one whole month.
Patience is crucial.
One month later, my sis-in-law called me to inform me that a car was suddenly available for my rental. The best thing was that the rental fees were much cheaper than what I would have paid if I had purchased a new car. The car that she mentioned about actually belonged to her father-in-law and he had actually advised by the doctor not to drive anymore because of his advanced age.
I was pleasantly stunned by the power of positive envisioning. It works!
If you wish to get more out of life, do practice envisioning what you want and the joy that comes with it.
Your life will turn out to be the way you want it to be. This is one of the most powerful tool of self-improvement.
