Losing weight by eating.


I was, as so many people looking for a solution to lose weight to get a sexier look, to look younger, to feel better.

I was , just as you looking for the great solution. Diet after diet, and every time I started a new one I promised myself, "this time I'll succeed". Until that beast that's called HUNGERRRRRRRR started to sneak into my mind. And I couldnot think but other things than food.
