Here is what I have learned.
1. The utterly persistent will always meet success. It doesn't take a rocket science to figure this one out when you see that 95% of all distributors who stick with their company for at least 10 years reach the highest level of their company's compensation plan. A testament to the persistence factor.
2. There is something about having that persistence that fuels ever more growth. When you have that persistence you have a die hard belief to find some way to build the business no matter what. For some people that may just be talking to more people like advocated, for others it might be utilizing marketing strategies to generate more leads. Whatever it is...the persistence factor is what pushes a certain type of person to FIND information that leads to success in network marketing while others would give up.
3. Networkers never stop networking. I have talked to highly successful network marketers who keep lists of every single person they have ever talked to...just incase. They have direct mailing lists, heavy hitter's lists; they have all sorts of list. That way, if the time came when they needed a new company, they already have an infrastructure in place to rebuild a colossal organization at their fingertips.
4. They constantly develop themselves, educated themselves, and fill themselves up with more value. Because LEADERS, by their very nature, offer value to other people. And the only way we can do that is if we have built our own value. Success in network marketing can be created by constantly building your own value. Don't ever stop.
These timeless principles have not failed, nor will they fail. Embody them, study them, and devote yourself to them and success will find you.
