Proper Training of Your New MLM Distributor

18 Feb 2008 04:37:51
| Brian McCoy

Proper training of your new MLM distributor once you have sponsored them is critical. Many MLM distributors think that once they have sponsored someone that their job is done when in fact, it is only the beginning. There are a couple of things I know of that sum up a long term profitable organization. They are as follows:

1. Making sure that you are training your team properly. 2. Building lifetime relationships with your top team leaders.

Here is a generalized outline of how to follow up properly with your new distributors.

1. Give them positive feelings - Help them to feel good about your company, you, and themselves. Share product and business stories. Encourage them... tell them how excited you are for them! 2. See how they are growing - It's vital to know that they are growing and moving forward. Ask them questions like, "what's happening" or tell me "what's going on." Talk about the product and the business building process. Let them share with you on what they are doing to build their team. 3. Tweak and refine - Help them to make slight alterations to what they're doing in accordance with your team building system. 4. Push forward - Keep them on the right track. Get them back to training. It is crucial that you always give them something to do next because you aren't moving forward if you neglect this. 5. Have them call you - Give them a good time to call you back. This helps you gauge how serious they are about building there business.

If they don't call you back, you call them and go through the process again. After the second time of them not calling you back, move on to another new distributor. You can't teach desire. This is very important because this will speed up the process of finding your leaders and then spending the most time with them. When you do this, it inevitably creates more momentum and growth for your MLM organization.
