How do Bulgaria’s Property Investment look?
Bulgaria has turned into one of the most attractive destinations
in Europe for companies and individuals alike; who want to spend
their money on property investment. The regeneration of
disadvantaged areas was a chance to bring them back, put them
back on track and turn them into successful civilian and
business units.
The programmes that have been implemented so far in this area
showed that public and private partnerships were the best tool
to use as a means of achieving the most positive results in
terms of employment, social benefits, education and others in
places, which had been abandoned by both businesses and
residents in Bulgaria in the past.
Reps from the state bodies, municipal administrations and
non-government organizations who were involved in the process of
regeneration in Bulgaria, shared their experience and views of
how the different authorities can participate in helping to
assist the disadvantaged areas in and around the city centers.
Thanks to the new low prices attract the buyers who are looking
for a quick-fix solution to pension problems, but as many agents
as you can find will admit there is no guaranteed resale market
in Bulgaria (or anywhere else for that matter) and little
existing benchmark for measuring price increases other than more
and more investors paying higher prices on a monthly basis. That
is why long-term investment is recommended over instant returns.
The future is looking very good right now, should the economic
conditions continue to thrive.
There is, of course a genuine demand for quality rental
properties but written contracts with holiday companies are
absolutely needed as a means of ensuring the buyer a guaranteed
yield. Travel agents and tour agents who are no longer enjoying
big mark-ups in Spain are looking for higher profit margins in
Bulgaria and this does cause problems in the long-term future.
High street travel agents and tour operators do have an amazing
number of sun and ski holidays available in Bulgaria today and
they are selling well, which goes well for future returns for
quality locations and developments. As long as Bulgaria
continues to grow, the property investment image looks very
good.
