Carmen Electra (her real name is Tara Leigh Patrick) was on the 20th of April, 1972. She is known for her modeling, acting and singing carriers. Tara was born in the Midwestern city of Sharonville, Ohio. Her dad Harry Patrick was an entertainer and played the guitar mom Patricia was known for her singing. Carmen Electra's mother fell ill with a brain tumor and died of the decease in 1988. Debbie Patrick, Carmen Electra's older sister died of heart attack. She attended high-school in Sharonville. Later she attended the School for Creative and Performing Arts, in Cincinnati.

She met singer/performer Prince upon moving to California. It was due to his influence that young Tara took on the stage Carmen Electra. She signed a recording contract with Prince's recording label. She released one album.

The year 1995, saw Carmen Electra performing in various Television programs. Carmen Electra got a role as a Baywatch Babe and appeared in MTV's singled out. In 1996 she was approached by Playboy magazine and she appeared in their May issue that year.

Carmen Electra's acting roles include: Good Burger in the year 1997, Scary Movie in the year 2000 and also the Scary Movie 4 in the year 2006.

In 1999, Carmen Electra featured in a music video titled 'The Inevitable Return of the Whit Dope'. Carmen Electra was also made playable character in a number of video games like Def Jam: Fight for New York, ESPN NFL 2K5 etc.

Carmen Electra joined the voice cast of Tripping the Rift- an animated series on the Sci-Fi Channel, in the year 2005. Right around this time she was also hired by Taco Bell for a series of commercials. Ritz Camera Centers also hired her as their spokes model. Carmen Electra currently appears in television and print ads along with David Ritz, the CEO of Ritz Camera Centers.

Carmen Electra got married to basket ball star Dennis Rodman in Las Vegas. After this, she continued to have a brief affair with Pamela Anderson's ex-husband Tommy Lee.

In the year 2003, Carmen Electra married Dave Navarro who is famous for being a member of the Red Hot Chili Peppers rock band Jane's Addiction. They appeared on the MTV reality show titled "Till Death do us part: Carmen & Dave". Carmen Electra and Dave Navarro announced their separation in the year 2006. Carmen Electra filed for a divorce on 10th August, 2006 which was later finalized on 20th February, 2007. This was confirmed by her representative to the Star Magazine.

Later in the year 2007, Carmen Electra was rumored to have a lesbian relationship with Joan Jett whom she claimed to be her childhood crush. But this fact was denied by the spokeswoman of Carmen Electra saying that they were just friends.
