With the introduction of 3G technology, consumers all over the globe are experiencing the true potential of 3G. The technology is a real breakthrough in the mobile world and has given a new meaning to the communication world. Now, users can transfer heavy multimedia files in no time. What's more, these 3G enabled handsets offer broadband speed mobile internet - synchronise emails, surf the net for latest news and more.

In the new age mobile world, consumers are also preferring 3G phones and as a consequence, mobile market is flooded with such phones. With more rivalry and competitions, leading mobile manufacturers are trying hard to stand out in the crowd. In the same fray, Motorola has also revealed an array of 3G phones. With design and feature rich devices, mobile users are now finding more options.

In the 3G line up, Motorola has launched a clamshell design 3G handset, the Motorola V1050. This phone is an upgraded version of the V975 and V980. The device offers high-end features including video calling, integrated MP3 player, a 2.2" large display screen, TransFlash card and more. Explore more features and stay connected with the world whenever and wherever you go.

The Motorola V1050 is loaded with two camera - the first one (faced inward) is used for video calling and can also be used for video recording. The second camera (faced outward) is used for capturing images. Its a 1.3 mega-pixel camera with up to 8x digital zoom. Additionally, a camera light is available for both. The display screen has also been upgraded and it gives more visual impact.

Powered by 3G technology, the device offers connectivity through USB port. The only advantage of this phone is the absence of Bluetooth wireless connectivity. Other drawback is the phone weight (136g), its really heavy. But as far as other features are concerned, the Motorola V1050 is really good.
