Cocoa Halva is a special and selected item, please test it.

Ingredients : Cocoa-fruits - 3 nos. Fresh rice powder - 500 gms., Jaggery - 1.5 kg. Coconut - 3 nos. Refined coconut oil 500 gms. Cardamom-10 nos. Ghee - 100 gms., Cashew nut 50 gm. Ground nut-100 gms. Dried Ginger - 1 small piece and Cummins -1 tbs.

Preparation : Take the cocoa seeds from 3 cocoa fruits, well dressed (remove seed coat) and apply 3 glasses of fresh water at least 6 hours. After six hours can take and paste it with mixy or grinder with two glasses of water.

Chopped coconut add with two glass of water and collect. The coconut milk. Once again collect 2.5 liters coconut milk from this same coconut.

Jaggery melt with 3 glasses of water and use filter.

Dried ginger and cummins and cardamom to be powdered.

Cashew nut and ground nut fry with one tbs. of ghee and keep.

Use bottom thickened flat pot. Rice powder (very nice) and cocoa paste add with second coconut milk and jaggery juice. Apply normal flame and mix with long thavi at all time. After 30-45 minuites, well boiled, apply half of the coconut oil and mix slowly. Ater 30 minuits, apply first coconut milk and after 10 minuits apply balance coconut oil and mix with minimum flame till water fully absorbed. Make sure without water, apply powdered spices, fried cashew, ground nut and balanced ghee and well mixed with 10 minuites more and collect it into a shaped dish and allow to cool for 10 hours and take it for use.
