An Everyday Recipe for a Fulfilled and Happy Life

1.A basketful of Goodwill to all

It is always gratifying to be nice to someone else other than yourself.

2.An overflowing cup of smiles

Smile and the whole world will smile at you.

3.A Litre of Common Sense

Whatever it is you do, always use your power to think. It reduces the amount of unnecessary complications and opens doors of endless opportunities.

4.A bushel of Optimism

Positivism always attracts positive energy. Just believe you will get there and you will.

5.A dozen or more friends (old and new)

Surround yourself with a lot of sensible, warm and caring people. They are healing balms for the soul.

6.A cup of neatness and organization

A cluttered environment always means a cluttered mind. Always keep everything in order and your life will follow suit.

7.A pinch of the outdoors

Getting in touch with nature has a way connecting yourself with your Maker and with your inner self. Find time to be outdoors.

8.A dash of Spunk and Confidence to taste

A touch of faith in yourself and a little spirit gives spice and color to everything you do.

Combine all these ingredients inside an open mind and let them cool and settle. Lock inside your heart for a good 8 hours while you sleep.

Remember: This recipe is best prepared in the evening when you are reflecting and contemplating and is also best served in the morning to carry on the nutrients until the end of the day.

Do not hesitate to share this recipe with your friends and family. They may also like this as much you did and maybe you can help them prepare this recipe too.

Authors Note:

You can always add your personal touches or toppings such as a sprinkle of hugs, a cup of love or maybe a handful of words of encouragement and the like. Do not be afraid to explore the possibilities.
