   Share the Joy

08 Mar 2008 12:28:06
| Joyce C. Lock

Let all those that put their trust in thee rejoice: let them ever shout for joy, because thou defendest them: let them also that love thy name be joyful in thee.

And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation. My soul shall be satisfied as with marrow and fatness; and my mouth shall praise thee with joyful lips.

Make a joyful noise unto God, all ye lands: Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob.

Blessed is the people that know the joyful sound: they shall walk, O Lord, in the light of thy countenance.

O come, let us sing unto the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation. Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, and make a joyful noise unto him with psalms. Let the field be joyful, and all that is therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice.

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all the earth: make a loud noise, and rejoice, and sing praise. With trumpets and sound of cornet make a joyful noise before the Lord, the King.

Let the floods clap their hands: let the hills be joyful together. Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.

Let Israel rejoice in him that made him: let the children of Zion be joyful in their King. Let the saints be joyful in glory: let them sing aloud upon their beds.

Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the Lord hath comforted his people, and will have mercy upon his afflicted.

Even them will I bring to my holy mountain, and make them joyful in my house of prayer: their burnt offerings and their sacrifices shall be accepted upon mine altar; for mine house shall be called an house of prayer for all people.
