One day at the Yellowstone National Park!
I woke up this morning with a sunny weather here in Montana, Bozeman.
Took 30 minutes walk to get my mind and body fresh.
Every morning I am reading the books "Until Today" and "Open up inner doors"
They give me perspective and clearance in life.
I am thanking for every day I have had and thanking for every day I will get.
Finally back to the house for a nice breakfast.
On a plate, three sorts of fruits. yoghurt, two eggs and a cup of coffee.
Michael and I took of to Yellow Stone Park.
I have been there, my first time in April. I just loved it!
The surroundings, the nature is stunning and all the animals. Wow!
It took us 1,5 H drive to get there. The traffic was calm, Saturday morning.
We were listening to music in the car like ABBA, Eurorythmics , Dire Straits.
It is so nice to float away in the car in the early morning. To be able to see the nature waking up. To see the changes the seasons are doing to it.
When I was here the last time it was winter, snow.
Now we see snow at on the mountains top. Green vegetation. Birds are flying every where. I saw two bold headed eagles. They are so majestic as they sit up high on a pole or a tree. Like they own the world! The Yellow Stone River passes by, really alive and vigorous.
It is getting warmer in the car. I open up the top, a nice breeze comes in. Nice!
We are now at the entry of the Park. A girl with the hat "Yogi Bear" cartoon is greeting us. Oh my, do they say the same line every day to all cars? -Hello, welcome to the Park. Do you have a pass or do you want to buy one? Next girl is informing us the same as we had in April. All the credit to you girls and boys at the entry, you are awesome! God bless you.
There are many cars this Saturday but it is rolling. I feel it is like Christmas every time! I donī t know what it is with the Park but itī s magic in there.
You never know what to expect to see.
We were driving for ten minutes on the road to the Old Faithful Geyser.
There next to the road we saw a cayote! He was about to change his fur to the summer coat. We turned around to get a picture but he was gone. Further in we saw elks, deer's. Bison's in tons! Wows are the big! They are super big ones. They are so cool, noosing around like nothing on this planet would disturb them.
And why should it. It reminds me of how easy life could be if we just let things go and embrace life more. Donī t hang on to tight with materials, friends or spouses. Set love free.
We drove around and enjoyed the surroundings and ended up at the Old Faithful Geyser. She erupts every 60 minutes or every 92 minutes. The difference of time is because of the length she stays up in the air. A guy with the Yogi Bear hat was telling us why and how she erupts. A very interesting story. It was like plumbing he explained. It needs water, sulphur, pressure and compounding. We were lucky here. It erupted after ten minutes from our arrival!
After watching the show we had lunch break at the old lodge. An amazing building. Sandwich, yoghurt, water and ice tea. It was so warm. Sitting out doors when two squirrels were playing. We went back to the car and drove all the way out to the entry and time said we were in there for five hours. Talk about the time flyes! We stopped at the city, Livingstone and had dinner at 8,30. Ceasar salad with BBQ shrimps for me, I love it. Back on the road for Bozeman and here I am. I thank the Universe for the beautiful surroundings. I thank Mike for showing me this spectacular place again. Finally I thank my self for making it happen! God Bless you All and have an incredible weekend!
