Johnny Lee and the Urban Cowboy Band Las Vegas Showrooms - Every
country music fan knows Johnny Lee as one of the main forces of
the Urban Cowboy movement. They know of his incredible movie
success and his songs "Lookin' for love" "Picking up Strangers",
"Cherokee Fiddle" and countless others that were chart toppers
in the 80's. after a stint in the US navy, Johnny hit the charts
in 1973 with three singles. In 1979, he performed in the TV
movie "The Girls in the Office" starring Barbara Eden. Soon
after he was asked to perform in the film Urban Cowboy which
starred John Travolta for which he recorded several songs that
were used in the soundtrack. Lookin for love went number one on
the country charts then went gold!
